The Christmas holiday will be observed on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 and the New Year’s Day holiday will be observed on Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Trash and recycling will not be collected on Wednesday of the holiday weeks. City of Tucson residential and commercial customers with regular service on Wednesday through Friday will have their trash and recycling service delayed by one day. The Los Reales Landfill will be closed on December 25, 2013 and January 1, 2014. For landfill information call 791-5151.
City offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 and January 1, 2014, however, customers may leave a message for City of Tucson Environmental Services at 791-3171 or submit a service request and they will be contacted no later than the next business day. Customer service representatives will be available on Saturday, December 28, 2013 and January 4, 2014 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. if residents experience any collection problems on that day.
