The Ward 2 office will be closed until April first or until further notice. This is being done not only for the well being of my staff, but for members of the public who come to our office. We’ve also closed our meeting rooms.
We know that many of you will still have questions about city services, so my staff if still on call. We will be checking messages on the main number, 791-4687. They will also be following up on any emails to Ward2@tucsonaz.gov as well as any emails to their individual accounts.
The City has also setup a public information hotline to answer questions regarding City service interruptions and closures as a result of our response to COVID-19. This hotline is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours callers will have the option to send an email inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a voice message that hotline staff will respond to the next day.

Keep in mind that this is not for health questions, but for questions about city services.
If you’ve been laid off, remember that you can call the Pima County One-Stop for employment help. Their number is 724-7700. The Star also posted a list of employment resources for folks in the restaurant industry.
