Udall Center Programming:

A square dancing program will be offered at the Udall Senior Addition on February 13, 20 and 27 from 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. The cost is $3.00 per class. For more information contact the Carol West Senior Addition at 791-4121.

AARP will be offering tax assistance at Udall Center on Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning February 4-April 15 from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. First come, first serve basis. Contact 571-9884 for more information.

AZ State Badminton Games:

On March 3rd and 4th, Udall Center will host the AZ State Senior Olympic Badminton games. Seniors age 50+ who have qualified at the local games in either singles, doubles or mixed doubles will now compete state-wide. The games start at 9 a.m.

Facility Closures:

In observance of Presidents Day, all City Parks and Recreation facilities including Recreation Centers and Administration Offices will be closed on Monday, February 18.

Hi Corbett Field:

The University of Arizona Baseball will have their opening day at Hi Corbett on Friday, February 15 at 6 p.m. They play against Coppin State. They also play against Coppin State on Saturday, February 16 at 2 p.m. and on Sunday, February 17 at noon.

Leisure Classes:

The 2nd session of Leisure Classes will begin on March 17th. The Tucson Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of fun and interesting programs. Rodeo Parade:

The 2013 Tucson Rodeo Parade will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 9:00 AM. The event is free along most of the route and ticketed grandstand seating is available. The grandstand seating is next to the Rodeo Grounds on Irvington Road and includes pre-parade entertainment. The parade attracts over 150,000 spectators each year.
