Despite the current healthcare crisis, the Pima Tucson Homebuyers Solution Program (PTHS) continues to help local homebuyers achieve their dream of owning a home at this time.
Offered jointly by the Industrial Development Authorities of the City of Tucson and the County of Pima, the PTHS offers a mortgage loan program - including down payment assistance - to qualifying homebuyers.
Under the PTHS Program, loans are still being acquired daily and continue to be available as mortgage loan interest rates are reset every day in response to market conditions.

The work continues at Jesse Owens Park. Although I have been touting the amount of public money I was able to secure from impact fees and service line warranty funds to put into the park, we had a couple of reminders that it isn’t just all about the money.
