*Dangerous obstructions in roadways
*Traffic or pedestrian signal malfunction
*Traffic control signs missing or damaged (stop and yield)
*Trees or shrubs blocking traffic visibility
*Damaged pavement markings: striping, crosswalks, or legends
*Overflowing water or damaged landscaping in median islands
*Flooded washes or roadways
