Public comment period extension for Draft Total Force Training Environmental Assessment

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz.— The U.S. Air Force has approved a 30-day extension for the revised draft Environmental Assessment for Total Force Training (formerly Operation Snowbird), which was released by Air Combat Command Sept 22.


Based upon requests, the Air Force will extend the comment period to allow the public additional time to review and submit their comments on the draft EA.


The public will now have until November 24 to submit comments.


Substantive public comments submitted by this date will be considered before the Air Force makes any determinations on the proposal.  All comments will become part of the official record.
