You can access your account information 24 hours a day and pay for charges included on your utility services statement by phone: Call Tucson Water's IVR (Interactive Voice Response) at 520-791-3242 to use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or electronic check.

If your water service has been disconnected or is scheduled for disconnection, call Tucson Water Customer Service at 520-791-3242 . If your water is turned on illegally, a tampering citation will be issued. A civil infraction of Tucson Code Section 27-13 is subject to a minimum $250 fine.
