Access your account information 24 hours a day and pay for the charges included on your utility services statement by phone. Call Tucson Water’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) at 520-791-3242 to use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or electronic check.

- Sewer charges: Call Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department Customer Service Office at 520-724-6609 .
- Trash, recycling charges: Call City of Tucson Environmental Services Department at 520-791-3171 .
