  • Residential accounts only - Commercial customers must contact the Tucson Water Customer Service Office at 520-791-3242 or 800-598-9449 (outside of 520 area code) during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
  • Your account number is required for the use of this form. Your account number appears on the front of your monthly statement.
  • Please allow three business days to process termination requests.
  • Service can only be terminated on normal business days (excluding weekends / holidays).
  • Services will be terminated between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the requested termination date.
  • Customers will receive a final bill based on the meter reading from the termination request.
  • Please provide a forwarding address to mail the final bill.
  • Customers will receive notification from Tucson Water indicating whether the application has been accepted or whether the Customer Service Office must be contacted to complete the termination process.
