Los Reales Sustainability Campus
The Los Reales Landfill opened in 1967 and is the only active landfill owned and managed by the City of Tucson. Los Reales is a regional landfill and serves the residents and businesses of Tucson and Pima County. Solid waste from City of Tucson and Pima County residents is brought to the landfill for disposal. Los Reales is open to private, commercial haulers, and residential self-haulers.

Neighborhood Recycling Center
The recycling center at Los Reales Sustainability Campus offers several options for recycling including:
- Mixed recyclables. Any material that can be recycled in a curbside bin can be recycled here.
- Glass recycling. Drop off any glass food or beverage containers.
- Hard to Recycle Plastics. You can drop off your Hefty Renew bags with plastics that can't go in Blue Bin.
