Vendor Payment Information
Effective July 1, 2018 all payments to Section 8 landlords for housing assistance payments contracts will be processed by the Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department. HCD's Landlord Information Page can be found at www.tucsonaz.gov/hcd/section-8-landlords.
For payment assistance, Section 8 housing vendors must call 520-837-5420 or send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Information regarding checks and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments issued by the City is now available to you online. Information is available for a three month period for payments issued March 1, 2010 and later. Please allow 10 business days from the date of the check to receive your payment. If payment has not been received within 10 business days of the listed payment date, contact Accounts Payable at AccountsPayable-Finance@tucsonaz.gov or call (520)791-4031.
If you're interested in receiving payments electronically (EFT), please contact the Accounts Payable email above and request a Vendor Update Form.
Be advised, that due to phishing emails, City of Tucson will only call from a City of Tucson listed extension. City of Tucson DOES NOT ask that you submit the vendor update form with a voided check or banking information unless we verify our identity. City will request supplier to verify specific account information before releasing the update form.
