Forms and Filings

To obtain paper copies of City Court records, complete the records request form listed below or in person at Tucson City Court. There will be a fee assessed. Record requests will be completed in the order they are received. Requests for cases that terminated more than one year ago may take more time to complete.  Court staff will notify you by phone when your request is completed (unless otherwise requested). Please wait for court staff to call you.

To request a copy of a digital audio recording of a Court proceeding, please click the link below.  Digital audio recordings will be made available for download and/or streaming directly from your order. There is a fee. Digital audio recordings may not be available for all Court proceedings.
