I need Pension INFO or tax DOCs

  • To ensure the correct person inherits your account, please contact our office by using this email.
  • To obtain copies of old tax forms, please contact our office by using this email. Don't forget to include the dates of the relevant period in your email.

I need to MAKE A CHANGE to my retirement plan

  • If you need to update your address, bank account for direct deposit, or tax withholding, please contact us by email and we will provide you with instructions to do so in a right and secure way.

  • To make changes to your insurance, please log in to your Workday account by following this link. If you have any further questions, contact us via email.

     

 

 

I need to report a LIFE CHANGING EVENT

  • In case of divorce, please contact as by email, to provide the necessary information and documentation.

  • To get explanations and guidance regarding your pension money, in case of leaving your City of Tucson job, please contact as by email and we will provide you the information you need.

  • In case of a disability event, please contact us by email and we will guide you and help you to make the necessary arraignments.
