The Fine Resolution Court Program at Tucson City Court is designed to assist individuals who are receiving mental health and/or substance use treatment. The program provides individuals an opportunity to address fines and fees that may present barriers to housing, employment, driver’s license, and vehicle registration.
Fine Resolution Court also provides individuals an avenue to address a Tucson City Court warrant. To qualify for the Fine Resolution Court Warrant Quash Program, the participant must be engaged with a mental health and/or substance use treatment agency. The purpose of the warrant quash program is to address warrants that present a barrier to housing and employment. A Pro Se Motion to address City Court warrants is needed to participate in this Warrant Quash Program.
Fine Resolution Court is held the 1st and 3rd Friday mornings of every month. These sessions are frequently held outside Tucson City Court. While the judge may be located remotely, the courtroom remains open to all participants and the public. The Court accommodates both in person and Zoom attendance.
