Online Payment Options 

Welcome to all Winter 2025 Gem Show vendors!

  • If you are an existing vendor with a PIDN (city license account number), you may be able to register for the online portal of our iGov Services license system to pay via credit card or e-check.  The portal can be accessed from https://tucsonaz.taxandrevenue.opengov.com, and also allows for viewing and downloading receipts and license certificates.  Instructions for registering, linking, and paying your account on the portal are available at our Tax and License Online Services page.  You may contact the Investigations team at Tax-Investigations@tucsonaz.gov to have them bill your Dealer Trade Show License tax on the portal.  Please provide your PIDN, business name, and the gem show events which you plan to attend.
  • If you are a new vendor paying online,  click this Gem Show License Tax Payment link for the payment portal titled “Online Gem Show License”.  Once you are on this portal page, read the instructions, and then click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.  You will then be able to select the shows at which you will be selling or exhibiting and pay via credit card or e-check (US checking accounts only).  Once you complete your payment, a receipt will be created on-line which you should print or save for your records.  Your show promoter may want to see the receipt.
