Office hours for the Tucson City Prosecutor's Office are 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed on all major holidays.

Yes. The assigned prosecutor may discuss your case with you as long as you are not represented by an attorney. However, if you are represented by an attorney, the assigned prosecutor can only speak to your attorney.

Two pay parking lots are adjacent to the City Court building. One is across the street from the entrance and the second is just east of the building between Toole and Alameda. They charge between $5.00 and $7.00 dollars.
Limited street parking is available. The Justice Court garage is just to the west and the Pennington Street Garage is half a block south.
