• Starting Salary: $22.15/hr 
• Upon Academy Completion: $54,208.70 annually
• 12 Paid Holidays
• 13 days of Paid Sick Leave per year
• 13 days of Paid Vacation per year
• $400.00 Uniform Allowance (Turnouts provided at no cost to fire fighters)
• $4000 per year Tuition reimbursement
• On-duty physical exercise program
• 30 days of Paid Military Leave per year
• 480 hours of Paid Parental Leave
