The City of Tucson is committed to offering inclusive and accessible spaces for employees and applicants alike. To make our spaces more inclusive and accessible for disabled and pregnant employees, Leave and Accessibility consults with applicants, employees and supervisors on potential solutions, such as reasonable accommodations or changes to the environment that may facilitate better access. In collaboration with the aforementioned involved parties, our Leave and Accessibility division arranges reasonable accommodations for disabled or pregnant staff on a case-by-case basis.
