You may not store any junked or inoperable vehicle on property that are in view from the right of way, alleys, neighboring properties, or on any abutting sidewalks, streets or alleys. Fencing must be used and kept structurally sound and in good repair. Examples of disrepair include missing slats, posts or blocks, or damage, deterioration, or rot. Fences and walls cannot be constructed or covered with materials not designed or commonly used for that purpose, such as pallets and tarps.

The exterior of all dwellings and structures shall be maintained in good condition. It shall be free of broken glass, torn screens, rotted wood, missing roof shingles, soffit and fascia in disrepair, all weather-exposed exterior surfaces provide weather protection, and that windows, skylights, doors, and associated frames be kept in sound condition, repair, and weather tight.

Construction work should not commence until application has been made and a permit has been obtained.

All grass and weeds shall not exceed 6 inches in height. Dead trees, palm fronds and shrubs not allowed. Sidewalks shall be kept free of vegetation and trees shall be trimmed to 80 inches above a pedestrian walkway. You are responsible from the curb to the midpoint of the alley. Invasive plants are not allowed.
