Building Valuation Tables

Buildings are valuated based on data from the International Code Council.

 

Planning and Development Services has implemented the August 2025 ICC valuation table for FY27.  These changes are made at the Director's discretion and do not require approval from the Mayor and Council. Minor yearly adjustments, whether higher or lower, will be based on the ICC Valuation Table released in February and/or August of each year.

 

The table below applies only to the City of Tucson.
