Buildings are valuated based on data from the International Code Council.
Planning and Development Services has chosen to phase in adjustments over a three-year period, aiming to align with the latest ICC Valuation Table by FY27. These changes are made at the discretion of the Director and do not require approval from the Mayor and Council. Minor yearly adjustments, whether higher or lower, will be based on the ICC Valuation Table released in February of each year.
