Telecommunicator Support Specialist

Starting Pay: $18.00/hr

Role: Answers and addresses 3-1-1 non-critical calls, providing customer service to city employees and the public.

Telecommunicator I

Starting Pay: $19.97/hr

Role: Answers, assesses and routes critical and non-critical requests for Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), or performs radio dispatch and support functions for either Police or Fire/EMS specialties. This is an entry-level classification with the Telecommunication series.
