On July 1, 2026, new parking rates and fees went into effect for monthly parking permits, weekend/evening flat fees and on-street commuter permits.
The following rate changes will go into effect for commuters with monthly permit parking.
City of Tucson Employees: For current monthly permit holders, your City of Tucson payroll deduction will automatically update to the new rate on July 1, 2026.
Update Monthly Parking Permit
Annual permit fees for on-street parking offered in non-residential areas to commuters and students, primarily around the University of Arizona campus, will increase for the next renewal period. The rate increase will vary by zone, with a maximum increase of $75.00.
