Warrant Quash Event

If you have a warrant, or think you have a warrant, in Tucson City Court, you are invited to appear in Tucson City Court on October 17th, 2025, to get your warrant quashed. This event is held in partnership with the Fresh Start event on October 18^th 2025 at the Tucson Convention Center from 9am to 1pm.

In some cases, you may be able to resolve your case(s) without a future court date.

Options for Appearing in Court

Schedule an appointment (preferred). If you do this, your court cases will be reviewed in advance and forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review. If eligible, you may be able to have your case resolved the same day.
Appear by video (Zoom). If you cannot appear in person, you have the option of appearing by video. An appointment is required to appear by video. When you make your appointment, you will receive instructions and a link.
Walk in without an appointment. If you do not schedule an appointment before October 14th, you can still visit the courthouse beforehand to request that your file be pulled for the October 17 event. To do this, go to Room 104 and inform staff that you need your file pulled in preparation for the event. On October 17th, walk-ins must check in at the front desk and will be directed to the courtroom to see a judge. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted after 2:00 PM.

Important Scheduling Information

Appointments will not be scheduled after Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at 5:00 PM. If you are interested in attending after this date, you may still come to the courthouse and register with the front desk as a walk-in on October 17th, but must do so before 2:00 PM.

If you need an interpreter, please use the appointment link to schedule an appointment and specify that you require an interpreter. Be sure to indicate the specific type of interpretation services you need when scheduling.

Additional Support

If you are interested in connecting with any social services (housing, mental health, substance abuse, etc.), in-person providers will be available from 1:30 PM - 3:45 PM in Community Court (City Court Building, 6th floor, Room 605).

If you are unable to attend this event, you may walk into Tucson City Court during regular hours on any day and schedule a court date before a judge to have your warrant quashed.
