Free Toilet Replacement

Leaky and old, inefficient toilets can be the biggest water wasters inside the home. That's why Tucson Water offers low-income families free replacements of older toilets toilets that use 1.6 gallons per flush or more.

Community Home Repair Projects of Arizona (CHRPA) screens customers and installs toilets on behalf of Tucson Water.

Eligibility

Tucson Water customers that meet the eligibility criteria below can apply for this program.

  • Meet the 2025 Federal Low-income Poverty Guidelines at 200% or below
  • Homeowner (rental properties not eligible)
  • Home built prior to 2011
  • Households of one person eligible for one toilet replacement
  • Households of two or more people eligible for two toilet replacements
