Pay by Phone

Paying over the phone is available 24/7. Accepted payment networks include Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and electronic checks.

Access our Interactive Voice Response system at (520) 791-3242. Customers with delinquent accounts or interrupted water services may use this method but will need to contact Customer Service to verify their payment.

Use the pre-addressed envelope included in your bill. If using your own envelope, please address to:

Dropboxes are available at the locations below and can accept payments at any time.

Pay with Cashier

Cashiers are available at the locations below Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders, or cash.

3rd Party Vendors

Vendors like Walmart and Western Union will accept utility bill payments at convenient locations. This method can take 7-10 days to be verified so customers should not use this method if their account is delinquent or water service has been interrupted.

A $28 charge will be applied for return checks to cover processing.
