City of Tucson's Milagro on Oracle Receives Second State-Wide Award

Tucson’s El Pueblo Housing Development and Gorman & Company were recognized for the outstanding design and development of Milagro on Oracle, a 63-unit affordable housing complex which adaptively reused two historic mid-century motor courts on North Oracle Road. The Arizona Multihousing Association presented its Developers Award for Best Community Design Affordable Community on Aug. 7.

El Rincón Awarded $2.5 Million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) announced on June 5 that the City of Tucson and El Pueblo Housing Development has been awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) for El Rincón, a new affordable housing development that will create 67 affordable housing units across two vacant City-owned sites in Tucson.
