The center will be closed for deep cleaning July 28-30.

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025
This facility is free to use. To enter, you will need to scan a COMMUNITY PASS each day.

If you don't have one, please bring a photo ID to the front desk, and we'll assist you in setting up an account.

Note: If you have a Universal or Restricted membership pass, you don't need a community pass.

The Santa Rosa Center is located in Santa Rosa Park.

*Facility access is free, however programs with affiliated fees still are in effect for users.

Room Rental Information

Weight Room Orientation Classes

Walk-in basis
Parent/Guardian approval is required for all participants ages 14-17
Participants ages 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent/designated adult when taking an Orientation class.
Participants ages 14 and 15 must be accompanied by a designated adult, who has completed an Orientation class, at all times while using Fitness Room equipment
Weight Room Orientation Video - A release form must be completed at the recreation center acknowledging that you have watched the video.

Open Recreation

For youth ages 7 and older. Game room activities include table tennis.
Scheduled hours for open gym activities also available.

No table tennis until September

Basketball shoot around (no game play)

Monday-Friday: 2-6 p.m.

Youth and Teen Programs

KIDCO Afterschool

After-school recreation program Monday-Friday, for ages 5-11 (currently enrolled in kindergarten through 5th grade) includes sports, games, performing arts and special events. Space available basis. Sites and times are subject to change. A discount program is available for City of Tucson residents only.

Senior Activities

Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
