A site plan is a bird's-eye view of the entire property. There are two site plan templates, based on the project complexity.
The Basic Site Plan is required for fences or small accessory structures (200 square feet or less) without utilities.
Basic Site Plan Example
The Full Site Plan is required for most projects, including those that add a dwelling unit, involve additions, or incorporate most accessory structures larger than 200 square feet.
