Inspector Thomas R. Quesnel

Inspector Quesnel began his career with the Tucson Fire Department in 1989 and became a fire cause investigator in 1994. Inspector Quesnel investigated major fires throughout the Southwest and was nationally known for his knowledge and expertise in fire cause investigations along with his accelerant detecting K9 units Sully & Keda. Tom investigated almost 3,000 fires over his 25-year career, workly closely with law enforcement on criminal arson cases. For nearly two years he courageously battled leukemia, which he contracted as a result of his work in the fire industry.

Inspector Quesnel is survived by his wife and two sons.
