Appeal Comments

Appeals to the following decisions are processed in accordance with the Mayor and Council Appeal procedure:
      1.   Decision by the Zoning Examiner on a Special Exception Land Use;
      2.   Decisions on the 400' Notice Procedures; and,
      3.   Other matters as designated in the Unified Development Code.
 
According to 3.9.2(c) of the Unified Development Code, no person shall contact or discuss the merits of any appeal with the members of the Mayor and Council between the filing of the appeal and the final determination by the Mayor and Council.
 
The public is able to comment at a public hearing for the appeal, or by submitting a comment via the form below.
 
If you submit your comment 10 days prior to public hearing scheduled, it will be included in the initial Council agenda.
 
If you submit your comment by 4pm the day before the hearing, it will be included in a supplemental agenda update.
 
If you submit your comment by noon the day of the meeting, it will be included in hard copy packet provided to Mayor and Council and public at the meeting.
