The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is aware of phishing emails that appear to be official PDSD correspondence. PDSD will never request payment or wire transfers by email. Official permit invoices are sent exclusively from noreply@eplmail.tylerapp.com. The City's Neighborhood Recycling Centers are available for City of Tucson residents. This service is funded through the monthly trash and recycling fees provided from Environmental Services Department. If you live outside the city limits, such as in unincorporated Pima County or nearby areas like Marana and Vail, you are not permitted to drop off recyclables at these locations.
City of Tucson residents can drop off blue bin recyclables like cans, cardboard, glass and paper. There are also orange roll-offs for plastic bags at these locations.
