The City of Tucson is committed to using energy wisely. The mission of the Energy Office is to increase energy conservation, efficiency and renewables in City owned and operated facilities. It participates in the design and construction of projects, tracks energy usage data, and builds and maintains relationships with residents, other public entities, and businesses to minimize the city's carbon footprint.

The Facilities & Communications Maintenance Division is dedicated to providing well-managed, efficient and healthy environments in all City of Tucson owned and/or leased properties.

The mission of the Fleet Services Division is to effectively and efficiently meet the transportation needs of Tucson City government by:

• Providing vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance and repair services

• Administering vehicle fuel operations

• Managing vehicle/equipment acquisition, preparation, and disposal

• Operating a city motor pool
