PDSD will never request payment or wire transfers by email. Official permit invoices are sent exclusively from noreply@eplmail.tylerapp.com. Residents and commercial customers may bring metal appliances and other scrap metal items to Los Reales for recycling at no charge. For any other commercial recycling, please call 791-5000 for information.

The Los Reales Sustainability Campus maintains a Neighborhood Recycling Center (NRC) where customers can drop off any recyclable materials that are accepted in the City's Blue Barrel Program.
