PDSD will never request payment or wire transfers by email. Official permit invoices are sent exclusively from noreply@eplmail.tylerapp.com. Environmental and General Services offers rental options for businesses and residents who need larger containers to dispose of construction debris or other large jobs within the City limits. Roll-offs available include 20-, 30-, or 40-yard containers.
