Milagro on Oracle, located at 2445 N Oracle Road, is now accepting applications for Tucsonans age 55 and older. Applications will be accepted online at www.milagroonoracle.com or in-person at West End Station, 855 W Congress Street, Tucson, AZ 85745. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) income limits apply. This affordable housing development will target households at or below 60% area median income (AMI).
Milagro on Oracle includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
Unit amenities include central air, ceiling fans, Energy Star appliances, blinds and window coverings, and hard surface flooring.
Resident amenities include a fitness center, community room, picnic area with outdoor seating, walking trail, on-site laundry, and free Wi-Fi.

Milagro on Oracle, a redevelopment of the former No-Tel Motel property, will provide 63 residences for Tucsonans 55 years and older, including 19 units for unsheltered individuals. Milagro on Oracle is the City’s first state Low Income Housing Tax Credit project in 10 years. The project includes the adaptive re-use and preservation of the historic Don Motel built in 1941 and the De Anza Motel (No-Tel Motel) built in 1940 as well as a new four-story elevator building.
This project is part of the City’s 10-point Housing Affordable Strategy for Tucson (HAST), which calls for the creation of more affordable housing.
