Public Notice: Proposed Utility Allowances, Effective August 1, 2025

The City of Tucson Public Housing Authority (PHA) has completed its annual review of the Public Housing Utility Allowances and encourages residents to review the proposed utility allowances and supporting documentation.  As required by HUD regulation 24 CFR 965.502, the PHA hereby provides 60 days ‘notice to the public housing residents of the proposed utility allowances.  

The proposed utility allowances are available for review and comment on the dates listed above at the following Management office locations during normal business hours,

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm:

 MLK Apartments 55 N 5th Avenue, 85701

  • Posadas Sentinel 464 W La Paz St #1, 85701
  • Tucson House Annex 1475 N Oracle Rd, 85705
  • Craycroft Towers 1635 N Craycroft Rd, 85712
