Volunteers and Vendors Sought for June 5 Hope in the Park

The City of Tucson’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) invites community groups to participate in the next Hope in the Park event, June 5, at Rudy Garcia Park, 5001 S. Nogales Highway. HCD is seeking volunteers and vendors to support this uplifting community endeavor.

Hope in the Park brings together community partners with City of Tucson departments to provide coordinated, on-site services to individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Community participants will help HCD to deliver meaningful, accessible support to those we serve.

To help HCD effectively plan and coordinate logistics, we ask that all participating agencies complete the registration form at their earliest convenience.

For all participating volunteers, we request volunteers complete this registration form by May 29th.

This will allow HCD organizers to gather key details, including:

• Participation confirmation
• Space and equipment needs
• Services to be provided
• Primary point of contact

This information is essential for building out the site plan and ensuring a smooth, successful event for both providers and participants.

Early responses are greatly appreciated and will help us finalize planning in a timely manner.
