To obtain copies of paystubs, including deduction information, please contact the paying agent. BNY Mellon is the paying agent, and we have arranged for a phone line to be used for City of Tucson retiree requests: 1-800-418-0273. The City of Tucson no longer makes these payments directly, and so we do not have any paystubs. The current 1099-R tax documents will be mailed out January 31, 2026.
