On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the City of Tucson Mayor and Council adopted updated development review fees for Planning and Development Services (PDSD).
The updated fees apply to development review services provided by PDSD, the Department of Transportation and Mobility, and Tucson Water. The new fee schedule is effective July 1, 2026.

After-hours, same-day, and unscheduled inspection services may be available depending on inspector availability and may be subject to minimum charges or additional fees as listed in the adopted fee schedule.
