The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is aware of phishing emails that appear to be official PDSD correspondence. PDSD will never request payment or wire transfers by email. Official permit invoices are sent exclusively from noreply@eplmail.tylerapp.com. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving customer service and streamlining the permitting process, especially with the new 15-day review timeframe for new dwelling permits, PDSD has created updated checklists for residential building permit applications. These resources are designed to help customers prepare complete applications the first time, with a goal of faster review times and fewer delays. By understanding the requirements upfront, applicants can avoid common mistakes and get their projects moving more quickly.
