The H2K Planned Area Development (PAD) covers approximately 2,160 acres of Arizona State Trust land north of Interstate 10, between Houghton Road and Colossal Cave Road. With direct access to I-10 and the Union Pacific Railroad, the site is ideally positioned for industrial and manufacturing development.

In 2024, the H2K PAD was amended to include an additional 302 acres from the Cody, Gabriel, and Jay annexation areas, expanding its footprint and aligning with the City of Tucson’s long-term economic and land use goals.

The H2K PAD is designed to support a variety of industrial uses, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and logistics. Its proximity to major transportation corridors and existing infrastructure makes it an attractive location for businesses seeking expansion or relocation in the Southwest.
