Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below are what you can expect when you park at a Park Tucson Facility (PTF), defined to include all City-owned and City-operated surface parking lots, parking garages, parking meters, and permit parking, and what we expect from you. We appreciate you reviewing these terms and conditions as we try to make your parking experience simple and easy.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all PTFs regardless of location as well as your use of any digital parking products offered by Park Tucson. Please ensure that you read and understand these before parking or utilizing our digital parking products.

Compliance and Regulations

All persons on any part of the property comprising a PTF shall be governed by applicable Park Tucson Rules and Regulations and by Chapter 20, Article VII, of the Tucson City Code (TCC).

Full Payment Required, Limitation of Liability

Upon entering a PTF you are granted permission to park and lock one vehicle in a designated area at your sole risk and at posted rates if you promise to make full payment for the recorded amount of time. Failure to make full payment after parking is a violation of TCC Section 20-250, and Section 20-252 if signage is posted prohibiting such parking. Park Tucson, along with its contractor, do not guard or assume care, custody, or control of your vehicle including its contents and are not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss. Park Tucson, along with its contractor, utilize barcode tickets as your contract and for time keeping purposes only. Only a license to park is granted hereby and no bailment is created. This is your entire contract, and no employee may modify or waive any of its terms. By entering this PTF, you agree to all foregoing terms.

Digital Parking Products: Mobile Payments - Entervo Smart Web Pay

Park Tucson provides the Entervo Smart Web Pay application to enable mobile, cashless parking payments for its customers. If you wish to utilize the web application to complete mobile, cashless payment for your parking, please scan the QR code on your ticket, utilizing your smartphone's camera. When opened, the QR code will take you to a secure webpage where you will follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment and exit the PTF.
