Bond Schedule

If you were cited for a civil traffic violation, you may take care of your citation by selecting one of the options below:

• Certain moving violations may be eligible for Defensive Driving School
• Plead "responsible" and pay your fine by mail, phone or on-line
• Plead "not responsible" and request a hearing to be set

Please note: this needs to be taken care of before the "Appearance Date" displayed on your citation

If you pay after your court date:

• You must add a $50.00 Default Fee per violation
• You must add a $20.00 Time Payment Fee to the total amount due
• No personal checks accepted for cases in default status

If you received a criminal traffic citation, you must appear in court on the date and time displayed on your citation
