Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This department assists with:

  • Filing motions
  • Processing payments
  • Scheduling court hearing dates
  • Requesting warrant quashes
  • Setting up payment plans

 

Orders of Protection/Injunctions Against Harassment – Room 119

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This department assists with:

  • Petitions are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Petitions filed after 4:45 p.m. may be scheduled for an in-person or telephonic hearing with a judge the next business day. Alternatively, petitioners may request an emergency order of protection.
