May 25- Migrant Trail 2026 — First Day Events

On Monday, May 25, there will be a Press Conference at 10:00 a.m. at Southside Presbyterian Church, 317 W. 23rd St., followed by 11:00 p.m. Load Up and Depart on a 75-mile journey, bearing witness to migrant deaths on the border

May 30 & June 4-Columbus Boulevard Modernization Project

You are invited to join one of our upcoming public events to learn more about the improvements planned on Columbus Boulevard from Fort Lowell Road to Broadway Boulevard. Key improvements include upgrades to pavement condition, safety, pedestrian accessibility, and bicycling infrastructure.

The Migrant Trail Arrives in Tucson

Join us as the Migrant Trail reaches Kennedy Park, ending our weeklong journey. There will be a short press conference, followed by a foot washing ceremony, speakers, food, & more.

Tucson Summer Chorus

All adult voices are welcome for a Singer/Songwriter Summer with the Tucson Summer Chorus!
Monday nights at 7 pm starting June 1st at St. Francis in the Foothills under the direction of Clay Whittington.

June 8-12 Youth Earn-a-Bike Summer Camps! (ages 13-17)

Youth Earn-a-Bike Camps are held Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM, priced on a sliding scale (pay what you can) of $25 to $200. Over five days, young people will learn to overhaul a bicycle, earning credit for their attendance and participation. At the end of the course students will demonstrate safe riding skills and take home their newly refurbished bike with a helmet and lock.

June 16- Thrive Fiesta In The 05 & Community Updates

The City of Tucson invites you to join this family-friendly community celebration featuring presentations and updates from community partners highlighting important neighborhood projects and ongoing efforts in the area.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about what is happening in your community, ask questions, and connect with local organizations and neighbors.
