The City of Tucson is seeking feedback from residents regarding the budget for fiscal year 2028. The City will host one virtual and three in-person forums in November called "The Streets Equation." This series serves as a bridge between government and the community, offering a transparent space for City leadership to connect, share, and collaborate with Tucson residents on the topics of street maintenance and construction, transportation, and road safety.

The first (virtual) forum is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 9, from noon-2 p.m., on Zoom. Forums will include budget education, informational presentations, small-group discussions, and opportunities for resident feedback. You may select any of the events, regardless of the ward you live in.

At the City of Tucson, our primary goal is to hear from as many of our residents as possible on the topic of transportation and streets in relation to the City budget. As we understand that this topic can raise significant concerns for our constituents, we hope to approach these events with compassion and respect for all those involved to allow for productive dialogue to steer us toward shared progress on the housing situation happening in Tucson.
