A data processing error occurred that affected only this one mailing, which is intended for customers who were previously enrolled in AutoPay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may have caused. Please be aware that if you were set up with Automatic payments prior to June 17th, 2020 you will need to re-enroll in the program using the payment portal below.
The City of Tucson has a new online payment system for utility services accounts.
All current AutoPay and eBill/paperless customers must create an account in the new system to continue automatic payments and/or receive their bill electronically.
You will not be able to use your old password/sign-in to access the new system.
