Please note: The files below are lists of businesses that started during a given week (for the weekly files) or are active in our system as of the end of a calendar quarter (for the quarterly files). If you are looking to view or download a City of Tucson license certificate for your own business, this may be done through our online portal at our Tax And License Online Services page.

The Weekly files will contain all new license holders for a seven-day period ending with the date in the file name. To open one of the weekly files, click on the end date for the seven-day period you wish to view/download.

The Quarterly Cumulative file contains all new and existing license holders at the time of the cumulation, and is published at the beginning of each calendar quarter.

These files are in CSV (comma-separated values) format and should open natively in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.
