• Starting Salary: $20.83/hr 
• Upon Academy Completion: $50,983.20 annually
• 11 Paid Holidays
• 13 days of Paid Sick Leave per year
• 13 days of Paid Vacation per year
• $250.00 Uniform Allowance (Turnouts provided at no cost to fire fighters)
• $5200 per year Tuition reimbursement
• On-duty physical exercise program
• 30 days of Paid Military Leave per year
• 240 hours of Paid Parental Leave
