The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department is accepting proposals from non-profit and for-profit development organizations with the capacity to advance the City of Tucson’s P-CHIP goals by developing affordable rental housing projects through acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of affordable rental housing within the City of Tucson limits. This request for proposals is issued on behalf of the City of Tucson/Pima County HOME Consortium.

Applications are due on or before 11:59 p.m., Arizona time on December 20th, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference

The City of Tucson held a virtual pre-proposal conference from 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Arizona time on November 14, 2023. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to watch the recording.
